Chef Emmanuel Stroobant started his career at a tender age of 16. He’s been in Singapore since 1999. He opened his first restaurant Saint Pierre in December 2000. Saint Pierre earned its first Michelin Star in 2017 and recently achieved the two Michelin Stars.
To date, there are five retaurants and lifestyle brands under the Emmanuel Stroobant group, including two Michelin Stars Shoukouwa – sushi restaurant.
